Design Process

Every Luxiiora project follows a proven four-stage process — designed to eliminate uncertainty, keep you in control, and deliver a result that exceeds what you imagined.

Discovery

A comprehensive briefing — exploring your vision, lifestyle, brand values, budget, and timeline. This phase produces a detailed project brief that guides every decision ahead.

Concept Design

Our designers develop a creative direction — mood boards, spatial layouts, material palettes, and photorealistic 3D visualisations that make the vision tangible before anything is procured.

2–4 weeks

Design Development

The approved concept is developed into detailed technical drawings, joinery specifications, lighting plans, and a complete FF&E schedule. Every detail is resolved before work begins on site.

Procurement & Execution

We manage sourcing, ordering, and delivery of all specified items, and provide site supervision to ensure the built result matches the design intent with complete fidelity.

We are based in Dhaka and work primarily across Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara, Dhanmondi, and Motijheel. We also take on projects in Chittagong and other major cities. For larger projects, we work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Timelines vary by project scale. A single-room redesign typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full apartment takes 3–5 months. A large commercial project such as an office or restaurant runs 4–8 months. We provide a detailed timeline at the start of every project.

We charge a design fee based on the scope and complexity of the project, not a percentage of the total spend. This means our design recommendations are always objective. Full fee details are discussed during the Discovery Consultation.

Yes. Project management is an integral part of our service. We provide site supervision, contractor briefings, and quality inspections at every stage. You have a single point of contact throughout — your dedicated project manager at Luxiiora.

Absolutely. Photorealistic 3D renders are a standard part of our Concept Design phase for all projects. You will have a clear, detailed picture of what your completed space will look and feel like before a single item is procured or a wall is touched.
